Why do we need a drivers license??
Seems like just another way for the state to get money! I'll explain!
It's not for driver's safety or to ensure drivers are competent! if that was true they would re-test you on driving laws every 4 or 8 years! and re-evaluate ones skills on a driving test!
Pilots for Aircraft don't get a license! they get a competency certificate and they are re-checked on this every few years! But do you know... anyone could go buy an areo-lite plane or one of those parachute gliders with no license or certificate needed!.. now to me that's scary!
OK, so lets look at the laws!
try Googling "no drivers license needed" and see what you get! look through some of the links and video's
1. a license is not a valid contract with the state even though a judge would like to say it is! but it's not cause there is no two party signature or witness like on the paperwork from a bank for a loan!
2. the constitution GUARANTEES us the RIGHT TO TRAVEL! yet most highways say no pedestrians or bicycles!
3. NO law may be created that infringes on my rights guaranteed by the constitution!
but they are everywhere!
4. federal LAW states a DRIVER is one who gets paid for driving! taxi Driver, Truck Driver, Limo Driver.... everyone else is a traveler! in their personally owned conveyance!
But the State classes everyone who operates a motorized vehicle as a driver!
Take a person (A) who gets their license and pays the $30-50 fee every 4 years to re-new their license! but they get a total of 3 speeding tickets and a wreck every 4 years (but not enough points to cancel their license) and they have a license for 25-30 years!
now take another person (B) who gets their license and chooses not to renew it cause they have realized the money scam, but they drive the speed-limit, use all turn signals and never get pulled over for 25 years! then one day person (A) with a license hits person (B) with no license and person (B) is at fault automatically!
How does this make sense? who is actually the safer driver!
so person (B) gets fined and put in jail! not because he is a danger to other drivers! but because the state is mad they lost all that revenue for license fee's, yearly stickers and plates on the vehicle!....
it's a scam
let's look at a license! to get a license to begin with means the activity is LEGAL! IE... you can't get a license to murder, or a LICENSE to steal things! so the activity was legal..... so who do you need a license to do something that was legal to begin with?....... MONEY, REVENUE! that's why!
